Smoldering Anger and a Lifetime of Pain

We’ve all been angry for a long period of time and then something happened to either wipe out our anger or to bring it to a spike and all hell broke loose. After, we remember that we carried that anger for a long time, but we fail to see the importance in it, anymore. We have brought a lifetime of pain upon ourselves in exchange for peace and being at ease with the world. There are many ways in which you can lose the battle of life, and killing yourself off in the heat of warfare is one of them.

Many people deal with their anger by going to therapy or counseling, or even trying alternative therapies such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or NAET (Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique) Therapy. Of course, if these methods are helpful, then they should be used. Another way is to simply choose to live with mental peace rather than holding onto your pain, stubbornly and decisively, for years to come.

Pain can become familiar.

When people become accustomed to pain, they may forget what it is like to be at ease and they may reject any offered help. Sometimes, change can be more terrifying than the potential release from pain. What if the pain gets worse? What if the pain changes to something that I’m not used to? It is better to keep the familiar pain, than to risk changing it for something else.

Of course, logically, that is absurd, but fear drives people to do many things which they later regret. Do not let fear rule your workplace or any other part of your life. Use employee drug testing to screen your employees for abusing substances while at work. CMM Technology provides drug test kits which make drug testing in Western Australia very easy. We also provide alcohol tests, including our Lifeloc FC10 breathalyser device. Browse our website for urine drug tests and saliva drug test. We have a supply of extremely high quality equipment which may interest you. Make sure that your employees are able to handle their jobs appropriately, no matter what may be smoldering underneath the surface.
